Privacy
I use the details you send only to reply to your inquiry and to discuss a possible project. They are not used for marketing or sold to anyone.
An inquiry includes your name, email address, message and any optional information you provide about your project, placement or product images. Name, email and project description are marked as required. Sending an inquiry is voluntary; contact details are needed to reply. When a form is submitted, the delivery service also receives the sender’s IP address, which may be included in the notification email I receive.
Legal basis: Processing an inquiry about your own prospective purchase is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Communications with business representatives and necessary website operation and security processing are based on legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and protecting the service (Article 6(1)(f)). Processing invoicing records for projects is based on a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).

Processor: Inquiries are sent through Web3Forms, a data processor under a data processing agreement (DPA) and standard contractual clauses (SCC). Web3Forms is operated from India and uses AWS, Cloudflare and Hetzner. The spam-filtering services CleanTalk and Akismet may receive the sender’s IP address and email address. Hosting and security: This website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical information, such as your IP address, browser information and requests, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare privacy policy
Inquiries are delivered to [email protected]. Cloudflare forwards the email, and Google Gmail is used to receive and retain it. These providers therefore process the contact and technical information needed for those functions. Google privacy policy
Providers may process information outside the EEA. Web3Forms describes its operation from India and Standard Contractual Clauses for data transfers in its Data Processing Agreement. Your rights: You may request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability. Retention: Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted from my inbox within 12 months. The processor keeps a copy for up to three years. Invoicing records are kept for seven years from the end of the relevant financial year.
